FORESTADENT presents TruKlear®, a true aesthetic sensation. The self-ligating lock does not contain any metal and meets all expectations. Although previous aesthetic braces came very close to meeting the expectations of the most invisible treatment possible, one small issue always marred the impression of perfect aesthetics – the closure mechanism, whether it was a visible metal clip or a transparent one. Additionally, brackets and clips made of tooth-colored plastic tend to lose their color during treatment. In the case of the completely aesthetic TruKlear® lock, both its body and the clip mechanism are made of special ceramics that are resistant to discoloration. Completely nickel-free – therefore suitable for people suffering from a nickel allergy – the self-ligating bracket has a ceramic slider that is securely held in position by a small roller made of tooth-colored plastic.
